The Take 5 community benefits from the unique terroir of the Yakima River, allowing residents to grow grapes on their properties at a higher elevation than other Yakima Valley vineyards, the canyon provides good air flow, and daily temperature fluctuations of 50 degrees,. This produces grapes which are smaller in size, deeply colored, developed in flavinoids, and intensely flavored.
